Returns
You can return the product under standard 7 day return policy provided that the product is in the same brand new condition as it's been sold. We understand you will have to take your purchase out of its box to try it, but the product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they are not in a resaleable condition when returned.
If for any reason you decide to return the item, you can contact us for a refund. Please follow the procedure below:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods, should you wish to return your item.
- The cost of the product only will be refunded. Outbound shipping costs will be refunded only if the product received was incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- It is the customer's responsibility to return the product(s) to us
- Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting as items damaged during the return may only receive a part refund.
- Please also send the original invoice or your name and order number with the package.
Limited Warranty
You are covered under our own return to base limited warranty. The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ninety days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the caster board. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation or it it was modified in any way.
The warranty covers wearing parts like wheels and bearings for a period of thirty days.
If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item unless the product was faulty on arrival in which case we will either arrange a collection or reimburse your return postage up to £5.00. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced with a new product. If the product you purchased is no longer available, you will be provided with a new product of equal or superior value.
Wheels and Bearings Wear
There are several factors that can contribute to your Wave Board wheels wear. Since the motion of the WaveBoard is created by the wheels, casters and the swiveling of the rider the wheels wear out very quickly. This is not a defect but a result of normal wear and tear. The wear and tear effect can be exacerbated by a first time user and wheel longevity should improve with the improvement in skill of the rider. The surface conditions that the waveboard is being ridden on can also have an effect on the wear and tear of the wheels, rough asphalt for example will cause the wheels to wear out very quickly.
