Shipping
- We currently deliver to the UK and most European countries.
- We have all our items in stock and available for immediate shipment from our warehouse.
- All orders placed before 12:00 pm on a working day Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays, will be normally dispatched the same day.
- We DO NOT ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
- Delivery normally takes 1-5 business days. We also offer an upgrade to our premium next day delivery service.
- All our deliveries are trackable and fully insured. You should receive dispatch confirmation email from DHL with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- We do not ship to P.O Box or BFPO addresses.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Please note that the shipping rates below are charged per parcel. It means you will pay one postage for up to 4 waveboards.
Shipping time is calculated from the day we dispatched your order. Once we dispatch your order we will send you dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link.
We only ship goods on weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders placed during the weekend (Friday afternoon - Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.
DHL normally doesn't deliver on weekends, it means orders shipped on Friday won't be delivered before Monday even if Next Day delivery is choosen.
